WHAT ARE THEY?

“Red Things” are a BPA designed puddle flange mould that provide a fast and easy way to recess concrete to ensure puddle flanges can be installed effortlessly and are fully compliant with Australian Standards.

DESIGN & INSTALLATION

Advantages

• 5mm increments marks allow the mould to be set to compliant falls quickly and easily.
• Made from tough ABS plastic so they can be reused many times.
• 8mm recess allows for extra depth allowing for adjustment to surrounding concrete later if needed.
• Leaves a smooth clean concrete finish for adhesion and sealing under the puddle flange.

Installation

• Simply mark the slab level on the pipe.
• Adjust the mould on the pipe to correct heigh / fall using the 5mm increments.
• Fix to the pipe with 3 screws.
• Remove the mould the same day as pour once concrete is hard.
• Glue and seal down puddle flange to manufactures specification.
